- April 2008: Good News for Bi-State & the Vermont Rural Health Alliance - Bi-State Primary Care Association has received a three year Rural Health Network Development Grant of $180,000 per year, which, when matched by funds from the Vermont Legislature, will total $1,080,000 over the life of the grant. Bi-State received the grant on behalf of the Vermont Rural Health Alliance (VRHA), to respond to the state's health care reform initiatives.
